Paper for every Rock

When designing a game, be sure that you always include a Paper for every Rock.

Never leave a strategy that cannot be countered. By all means allow players to gather a collection of resources that allows them to win easily, but always attempt to ensure that it’s never an easy journey to simply win, without a way for this win to be prevented.

If Rock can’t be stopped, be prepared for everyone to play Rock.
