Volcano! – Weekend progress

I’ve created a draft map layout for the game, still highly subject to change. I’ve considered how scientists and personalities will move about the board, and how to make sure scientists are forced to divide their time between saving people and doing science (winning the overall and individual games).

I’ve created some Scientist cards, special abilities for each type are lacking, but I have some ideas.

I’ve had a first draft of the Eruption deck, I’d like to add more cards, but it’s enough to go on. It seems to be interacting nicely with the Scientists, but the interaction could be more tight.

I’ve fleshed out the details of the stats available to personalities, now I’ve just got to assign values to the descriptions given previously.

Look out for further updates, as I take my paper notes and transfer them online.
